意大利已运行的1600座水电站每年大约为电网提供450亿KWh的电能(占总需电量的22%),其中700座水电站的发电量约占97%,另900座小型水电站的发电量仅占3%。此外,还有7座大型抽水蓄能电站,年发电总量约50亿KWh。图1所示的是水电站和抽水蓄能电站年发电量与电站数的相关图。图2所示的是意大利水电站和抽水蓄能电站容量的地区分布。
The 1,600 hydropower stations in operation in Italy provide about 45 billion KWh of electricity annually (22% of the total electricity demand), of which 700 generate about 97% and the other 900 generate only 3% %. In addition, there are seven large-scale pumped storage power stations with a total annual generating capacity of about 5 billion KWh. Figure 1 shows the correlation between the annual electricity generation of hydropower stations and pumped storage stations and the number of stations. Figure 2 shows the regional distribution of capacity of Italian hydroelectric plants and pumped storage plants.
