不同吨级、类型船舶靠泊码头或在码头上停靠、装卸作业所允许的水文、气象条件统称泊稳标准。这一标准与港口的布置型式(开敞式或掩护式)、防浪设施规模和港口、船舶安全作业的要求等密切相关。本文根据某港泊稳条件的实际观测和对该港十年零九个月船舶作业历史资料分析提出: 1、300O~5OOO吨杂货船在吹拢风、横浪共同作用下,靠泊、装卸作业的条件:风力应不大于5级,码头前波高应不大于0·8米。2、万吨级矿石船(船型为杂货船)在吹开风、首斜浪共同作用下,靠泊、装卸作业条件:风力应不大于6级,码头前波高应不大于1.5米。3、波浪周期对船舶的泊稳有一定影响,当港内波高较大,且周期与船舶停靠状态下的横摇周期接近时易发生断缆事故。

When the wave height in the harbor is large and the period is close to the rolling period of the ship in the docked state, the cable breaking accident may occur easily.
