关于中小学教师专业发展自主性的相关研究,已经成为教育理论界的一个重要研究领域。相对于西方发达国家教师专业发展的自主性研究而言,我国的相关研究仍比较薄弱。本文试图在全面分析教师专业发展自主性问题的基础上,对近年来国内外学者们的研究成果进行系统的梳理,从而了解教师专业发展自主性的研究状况。
The related research on the autonomy of primary and secondary school teachers has become an important research field in educational theory circle. Relative to the autonomous development of teachers in western developed countries, the relevant research in our country is still relatively weak. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the issue of teachers ’professional development autonomy, this paper systematically sorts out the research results of scholars both at home and abroad in recent years, so as to understand the research status of autonomy of teachers’ professional development.
