编者按语:尼尔·麦考密克教授是当代世界著名的法学家,生于1941年,卒于2009年,得寿六十又九。麦氏于2008年初离讲席不久即遽逝,字内实感同悼。编者遂辑麦氏本人讲辞一篇、友人悼词若干篇成一栏,寄此追思,以慰同心。尼尔·麦考密克出身政法世家,求学于牛津大学并师从哈特教授,后在爱丁堡大学法学院的敕命讲席上执教达36年,期间曾获选欧洲议会
Editor’s Note: Professor Neil McCormick is a famous jurist in the contemporary world. He was born in 1941 and died in 2009 with a lifetime of sixty to nine.
