汤剂是在我国医学历史上发明最早,应用最久和最广的剂型,直到现在仍是中医用药的主要形式之一,它具有吸收快,作用迅速、配伍灵活多变,制作简单,服用方便等特点,而且它是多味药同煎制成的多种成份的复合体,在医疗上起到了综合性的良好作用。但是,往往在准确辨证,合理用药的情况下,临床疗效却不很理想,没有发挥出应有的疗效,分析其原因如下。
