城市规划是依据国家城市规划管理的有关法规形成的一项利国利民工程,对城市规划区内的生态建设采取统一的安排和控制,促进城市规划的顺利实施。随着城市更新改造步伐的不断加快,生态型城市的规划设计与建设受到了空前的挑战。如何实现未来城市社会经济的可持续发展,是摆在城市规划管理工作者面前的首要问题。本文简述了生态城市规划与建设的原则,阐述了生态城市规划与建设的有效措施。
Urban planning is based on the relevant state laws and regulations of urban planning and management of the formation of a national project to benefit the urban planning within the ecological construction of a unified arrangement and control to promote the smooth implementation of urban planning. With the accelerating pace of urban renewal and transformation, the planning, design and construction of eco-cities have been challenged unprecedentedly. How to realize the sustainable development of urban social economy in the future is the most important issue facing urban planning and management workers. This article outlines the principle of eco-city planning and construction, expounds the effective measures of eco-city planning and construction.
