一年來,天津的幹部文化教育有了很大的開展和成續。在創辦这一新型教育的過程中,曾碰到了很多的困難,其中主要困難之一就是教材問題。由于幹部教育迅速的發展,沒有一套完整的適合幹部特點与要求的教材,只得暂用職工業校的課本。根据一年來的体会和幹部的反映,一般都認為職工课本無論在內容上和程度上都不能適合幹部特點,尤其是國語更不適合,读起來感到乏味。因而如何根据幹部的特點和要求,编选一套適合幹部的國語教材,就成为辦好幹部教育的首要工作。我們在寒假前後一個月的時间内,倉促地编完了幹校普通班国语教材,有幾點意見應該提出来以供使用這教材的老師們參考。 幹部普通班国语的教学目标,是要教幹部在二年之中完成認識一千四五百生字的任务,而且要达到会讀、会寫、会讲、会用,以準備更进一步的培养幹部閱讀通俗書報和寫作日常應用文字的能力。同時不仅要求在二年內,
In the past year, the cadre culture and education in Tianjin has been greatly developed and completed. In the process of setting up this new education, a great deal of difficulties have been encountered. One of the main difficulties is the issue of teaching materials. Due to the rapid development of cadre education, there is no complete textbook suitable for the characteristics and requirements of cadres. Therefore, according to the characteristics and requirements of cadres, how to compile a set of national language teaching materials suitable for cadres becomes the primary task of doing a good job in educating cadres. In a month’s time before and after the winter vacation, we compiled the Chinese teaching materials for ordinary classes in a hurry and did some suggestions on how to use the materials for teachers’ reference.
