胡锦涛总书记在“七一”重要讲话中指出:以人为本、执政为民是我们党的性质和全心全意为人民服务根本宗旨的集中体现,是指引、评价、检验我们党一切执政活动的最高标准。税收事业是党的事业的重要组成部分,税务部门是党和国家的重要经济管理部门,学习贯彻胡锦涛总书记的讲话精神,就是要努力践行党的宗旨,自觉履行为国聚财、为民收税的神圣使命,把以人为本、执政为民贯彻落实到各项税收工作中去。
