带钢的冷轧是一个力学过程,也是一个热过程,轧制过程中存在大量的热交换,轧后带钢和轧辊温度升高。简介了冷轧原理,对其中轧辊和带钢的热行为进行了详细分析,并阐述了这些热行为对轧辊以及最终对冷轧板形的影响。列举了一些文献和专利中提到的利用热力学原理进行板形控制的方法,并详细介绍了宝钢1420、2030冷轧的板形控制实例。理论和实践都说明了在冷轧带钢的板形控制过程中,考虑轧制过程中的热行为将会改善控制的效果。
Strip cold rolling is a mechanical process, but also a thermal process, there is a lot of heat during the heat exchange, rolling strip and roll temperature. The principle of cold rolling is introduced, the thermal behavior of the roll and strip is analyzed in detail, and the influence of these thermal behaviors on the roll and finally the shape of the cold rolled sheet is expounded. Some methods mentioned in the literatures and patents mentioned in the paper use the principle of thermodynamics for plate shape control, and introduce some examples of plate shape control of Baosteel 1420 and 2030 cold rolling in detail. Both theory and practice show that in the strip shape control of cold rolled strip, considering the thermal behavior in rolling process will improve the control effect.
