联合国科教文组织在《学习:内在的财富》报告中指出:教育的任务是让每个人发展自己的才能和创造的潜能,培养学生创新意识和创新能力是现代化教育对每一位教育工作者发出的号召。培养具有创新精神的学生,首先要求具有创新精神的教师,所以要求我们音乐教育工作者在教育观念上要有大的改变,特别是反映到具体的课堂教学上。教师应不断推陈出新,不断克服过去音乐教学中千篇一律、一成不变、徘徊不前的传统教学模式带来的弊端,努力在教学的形式上、结构上、内容上有所创新,有利于学生学习兴趣的培养,有利于学生主体创造性的激发,有利于学生音乐视野的扩大。开启思维之窗,我在音乐教学工作中做了以下的尝试,收到良好的课堂教学效果。
