患者 ,男 ,2 0岁。渐进性鼻塞伴反复出血 7个月于 2 0 0 0年 1 2月 2 1日入院。每次量不多 ,可自行止血。体检 :一般情况良好 ,颈部未触及肿大淋巴结。心肺未见异常。左鼻腔顶部及中鼻道见暗红色新生物 ,表面粗糙不平 ,触之易出血。外院ＣＴ检查 ,报告为左鼻腔、左上颌窦新生物
Patient, male, 20 years old. Progressive nasal congestion with recurrent bleeding for 7 months in January 2001 February 21 admission. Each small amount, can stop bleeding on their own. Physical examination: generally good, neck did not touch the enlarged lymph nodes. Heart and lung no abnormalities. Left nasal cavity and middle nasal passages see the dark red new creatures, the surface rough, easy to touch the bleeding.
