本文分析的ZnO在LED发光层中的应用就属于短波长半导体发光器件的第三代半导体材料的范畴。本文主要利用S系统中的CNABS、CNTXT、SIPOABS、DWPI、USTXT、WOTXT等数据库的检索结果为分析样本,从全球、中国的专利申请量、申请人的分布等多方面进行统计分析,总结了与ZnO在LED发光层中的应用相关的国外和国内专利的申请趋势、主要申请人分布以及重点技术的发展路线。
The application of ZnO in the LED light-emitting layer analyzed in this paper falls into the category of third-generation semiconductor materials for short-wavelength semiconductor light-emitting devices. In this paper, we use the retrieval results of databases such as CNABS, CNTXT, SIPOABS, DWPI, USTXT and WOTXT in S system to analyze the samples and make statistical analysis from the global and Chinese patent applications and the distribution of applicants, ZnO in the LED light-emitting layer applications related to foreign and domestic patent application trends, the main applicant distribution and the development of key technologies.
