对６６例（７４眼）前部缺血性视神经病变的临床症状和体征进行了总结分析．本病好发于中年以后，本组平均发病年龄为５４岁，而视力锐减，视盘水肿和视野缺损是本病的主要临床表现．认为荧光眼底血管造影配合视野检查，对本病的鉴别和诊断具有较高的参考价值．
The clinical symptoms and signs of 66 cases (74 eyes) of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy were analyzed. The disease occurs in middle age, the average age of onset of this group is 54 years old, and vision loss, optic disc edema and visual field defect is the main clinical manifestations of the disease. That fluorescent fundus angiography with visual field examination, the identification and diagnosis of the disease has a high reference value.
