随着微型电子计算机的发展,单板机作为信息处理装置开始应用于舰载电子设备中。由于目前国内尚无满足舰载条件的军用单板机供应,BDJ—Z80民用单板机常在舰载电子设备中作为军品代之使用。该单板机是由305×305×2毫米环氧玻璃布印刷线路板上装设各种功能集成块和操作键而组成,重量一公斤。在通常两边简支,两边自由端的安装使用条件下,固有频率低,在舰载条件下还可能发生共振;并且由于环氧酚醛玻璃布板结构阻尼低,共振时传递率高,可能引起单板机功能失效,必须采取措施提高其抗振性能。本文结合GJB4.7—83《舰船电子设备环境试验》条件进行分析和试验,并对BDJ—Z80单板机在不同使用条件下的抗振处理提出了意见。
With the development of miniature electronic computers, single-board computers began to be used in shipborne electronic equipment as information processing devices. Due to the fact that no military board machine is available to meet the requirements of shipborne conditions at present, the BDJ-Z80 civil board machine is often used as a military product in shipboard electronic equipment. The single-board machine is composed of 305 × 305 × 2 mm epoxy glass cloth printed circuit board assembly of various functional blocks and operating keys and weight of one kilogram. Under the conditions of simple support and free ends on both sides, the inherent frequency is low and resonance may occur under carrier-based conditions. Moreover, due to the low damping of the epoxy phenolic glass cloth structure and the high transmission rate during resonance, the board Machine function failure, measures must be taken to improve its anti-vibration performance. In this paper, GJB4.7-83 “Naval Ship Electronic Equipment Environmental Test” conditions for analysis and testing, and BDJ-Z80 Slitter in different conditions of use of the proposed anti-vibration treatment.
