1982年9月,我试用平菇栽培种培育的子实体,再加棉籽壳生料,培养栽培种,收到了较好的效果。培育子实体所用材料的配方:棉籽壳250斤,栽培种10袋,加上30％的菜园土和0.2％的多菌灵。用冷开水拌和,料水比为1:1.4。培养料全用1％消石灰处理,pH俊在6.8～7.4之间。11月15日,将调制好的培养料,倒在消毒过的薄膜上,选体型大、健壮无病虫害的平菇子实体,用0.5％高锰酸钾溶液
