室内蔗渣压块栽培香菇,容易感染绿霉、根霉,影响香菇产量,且菌砖栽培法需要建造栽培房和一定的生产设备,工艺复杂,成本也较高,菇农不易接受。我们根据当地无霜期长(初霜期12月下旬,终霜期2月上旬)等气候特点,从1983年开始,采用袋栽白木耳工艺和蔗田棚栽蘑菇经验,在甘蔗田里菇棚栽香菇,初步获得成功。现将栽培方法介绍如下。
