资产是单位存在和发展的基础。由于认识上的偏差和经验不足,使许多单位在资产管理方面存在漏洞或薄弱环节。文章根据实践经验,结合相关规章,对水管单位资产管理方面存在的问题及采取的对应措施进行了阐述。
Assets are the basis for the existence and development of a unit. Due to perceived bias and lack of experience, many units have loopholes or weaknesses in asset management. Based on the practical experience and the relevant regulations, the article elaborates the problems existing in the asset management of the water pipe unit and the corresponding measures taken.
