目的:对冠心病心力衰竭患者进行美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗的临床效果观察和探讨。方法:将2013年4月至2015年4月我院收治的200例冠心病心力衰竭患者分为对照组和观察组各100例,前者给予常规治疗,后者给予美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的总有效率95%明显高于对照组的80%(P<0.05);两组患者经过治疗,各项指标都有所改善,但是从LVEF(%)上可以看出观察组的治疗效果明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对冠心病心力衰竭患者进行美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗,能够快速有效的控制患者病情,减轻患者的疼痛,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To observe and discuss the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in patients with heart failure of coronary heart disease. Methods: From April 2013 to April 2015, 200 cases of CHD patients with heart failure treated in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group of 100 cases each. The former was given routine treatment, the latter was given metoprolol combined with trimetazidine Triazine treatment, the treatment effect of two groups of patients were compared. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 95% significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the indexes of both groups improved, but the LVEF (%) showed that the total effective rate was 95% The treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of metoprolol and trimetazidine in patients with heart failure of coronary heart disease can rapidly and effectively control the patient’s condition, relieve the pain of patients and improve the therapeutic effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
