进入信息时代,水利部提出以水利信息化促进水利现代化,其中防汛信息化是水利信息化的一个重要组成部分。提高防汛信息资源的应用水平和共享程度,从而全面提高防洪效益和经济社会效益,防汛信息化建设是一项系统工程,必须紧密结合当前水利实际, 统一规划,分步实施,先急后缓,注重实效。本文试图结合天台县防汛信息化工作实践,浅淡对防汛信息化的几点思考。
