目的了解广州市家畜从业人群中戊肝病毒感染状况及相关危险因素。方法通过整群抽样,抽取养殖场、屠宰场和市场的家畜从业人员510人,采集血清用间接酶联免疫法检测戊肝病毒(hepatitis E virus,HEV)IgG抗体。用Z检验比较HEV IgG抗体阳性人群和阴性人群之间平均年龄、平均从业时间的差别。用χ2检验比较分类变量(性别、籍贯、工作场所、接触家畜种类)之间HEV IgG抗体阳性率的差异。采用多因素logistic回归模型筛选相关危险因素。结果 HEV IgG抗体总阳性率为45.1%。多因素logistic回归模型分析显示,年龄越大、接触猪、羊等家畜的从业人员感染戊肝的可能性大。结论家畜从业人员应做好个人防护,预防戊型肝炎的传播。
Objective To understand the status of Hepatitis E virus infection and related risk factors among livestock workers in Guangzhou. Methods A total of 510 livestock workers from farms, slaughterhouses and markets were collected by cluster sampling. Serum was collected for the detection of hepatitis E virus (HEV) IgG by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Z-test was used to compare the average age of HEV IgG antibody-positive and negative groups, the average working time difference. Differences in the positive rates of HEV IgG antibodies among categorical variables (gender, origin, workplace, exposure to domestic animal species) were compared using the χ 2 test. Multivariate logistic regression model was used to screen the relevant risk factors. Results The total positive rate of HEV IgG antibody was 45.1%. Multivariate logistic regression model analysis showed that the older the people exposed to pigs, sheep and other livestock workers infected with hepatitis E likely. Conclusion Livestock workers should make personal protection and prevent the spread of hepatitis E.
