濮阳市一汽修厂,维修一辆龙江牌客车后桥,修竣出厂一、二天后,出现制动鼓漏油,刹车不灵,再次返修行驶几天后漏油现象又出现。每次报修都是更换轮壳、油封。开始以为是零件质量有问题,后经详细检查,发现后桥壳通气管阻塞,更换后漏油现象再没有出现。造成这种不正常现象的主要原因是修理人员不懂龙江牌客车底盘的构造原理,维修时把后桥通气孔锤扁了,也没有引起重视,结果使通气孔堵塞。齿轮油在高速高温下,产生的油气不能排出,随着气压的增加,齿轮油经半轴套管流至轮壳轴承油封而排出,造成轮壳漏油而致使刹车不灵。
