目的了解安徽省红十字朝阳医院的医护人员动态过程手的污染情况,以采取相应的应对措施。方法共调查150人,采用现场棉拭子涂抹方法进行检测。结果安徽省红十字朝阳医院工作状态下医护人员手的污染比较严重,合格率仅为43.84%。结论不断寻求推行有效的方法,提高医护人员洗手的依从性,提高洗手的合格率对控制医院感染具有重要的意义。
Objective To understand the pollution of hand in the dynamic process of health care workers in Chaoyang Hospital of Anhui Province in order to take corresponding measures. Methods A total of 150 people were surveyed and tested by on-site cotton swab smear method. Results Anhui Red Cross Chaoyang Hospital under the working condition of health care workers more serious pollution of the hands, pass rate of only 43.84%. CONCLUSION It is of great significance to constantly seek to promote effective methods to improve the compliance of hand-washing by medical staff and to improve the passing rate of hand-washing for the control of nosocomial infections.
