我国城镇洪水灾害问题越来越突出,建立科学、有效、简单的城镇洪水灾害预警模型,对防治城镇洪水灾害具有重要的意义。基于模糊控制的方法对城镇洪水灾害预警模型中模型的输入(由自然条件、城市的排水系统能力、人为干预因素组成),模型的输出(城镇洪水预警值)进行研究。利用MATLAB模糊控制工具箱,对城镇洪水灾害预警模型进行计算仿真。结果表明:模型可以很好地对城镇洪水灾害进行预测,从而从理论上解决城镇洪水灾害难以定量预测的难题。
The problem of urban flood disaster in our country is becoming more and more prominent. Establishing a scientific, effective and simple early warning model of urban flood disaster is of great significance to preventing and treating urban flood disaster. Based on the fuzzy control method, the input of the model (consisting of natural conditions, urban drainage system capacity and human intervention factors) and the model output (urban flood warning value) are studied in the urban flood disaster early warning model. Using MATLAB fuzzy control toolbox, the urban flood disaster warning model is calculated and simulated. The results show that the model can predict the urban flood disaster well and solve the difficult problem of predicting urban flood disaster quantitatively theoretically.
