随着我国经济的不断发展,建筑行业的市场竞争越来越激烈,只有不断的加强工程造价成本控制,才能有效的实现建筑企业的经济效益,从而提高建筑企业自身的综合竞争力。但是在实际的成本控制过程中,还存在成本控制意识淡薄、成本控制管理体系不健全等问题,这就需要建筑企业加强对成本控制的深入认识,以强化工作人员的成本控制意识为前提和基础,不断的完善成本控制管理体系,做好投标阶段、施工阶段、完工阶段全程的工程造价成本控制,以实现企业经济效益的最大化。
