为实现恒压供水且提高微灌灌溉均匀度及自动组态轮灌,提出一种以PC为监控上位机、PLC为下位机的温室大棚微灌自动控制系统。论述系统的硬件与软件的规划与设计,研究多路多时段灌溉计划定时控制模型,设计自适应组态轮灌策略自适应预防压力冲突与过载失压,采用变频调速与改进的PID闭环控制实现恒压供水。应用结果表明,系统具有良好的鲁棒性,自动化程度高,能够满足自动适时适量的恒压科学灌水要求。
In order to realize the constant pressure water supply and improve the evenness of micro irrigation irrigation and automatically configure the wheel irrigation, a kind of automatic control system of greenhouse micro irrigation with PC as the monitoring PC and PLC as the lower computer is proposed. The system hardware and software planning and design are discussed. The multi-channel and multi-period irrigation schedule control model is researched. The adaptive configuration irrigation strategy is designed to prevent pressure conflict and overload loss of pressure. Adopting frequency conversion speed regulation and improved PID closed-loop control Constant pressure water supply. The application results show that the system has good robustness, high degree of automation, and can meet the requirements of automatic and timely appropriate amount of constant pressure scientific irrigation.
