以辽宁省喀左县紫砂土为主要原料,采用三种配方研制劈开砖。分析测试了样品的吸水率,抗折强度,抗冻性,热稳定性,利用差热分析研究了劈开砖烧结的反应过程,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征了劈开砖的物相组成和显微结构,并讨论了劈开砖的烧成机理。研究结果表明:辽宁省喀左县的紫砂原料具有较好的理化性能指标,在合理的工艺条件下,研制的劈开砖各项性能符合行业要求。
Taking Zisha sand of Qazuo County in Liaoning Province as the main raw material, three kinds of formulas were used to develop the split brick. The water absorption, flexural strength, frost resistance and thermal stability of the samples were analyzed and analyzed. The reaction process of the split brick was studied by differential thermal analysis. The XRD and SEM were used to characterize the samples. The phase composition and microstructure of the split brick were discussed and the firing mechanism of the split brick was discussed. The results show that the raw materials of purple sand in Kazuo County of Liaoning Province have good physical and chemical properties. Under the reasonable technological conditions, the properties of the split brick meet the requirements of the industry.
