The Scientific Outlook on Development is a Major Strategic Idea that Socialism with Chinese Characteristics Must Adhere to and Carry Forward. The financial departments at all levels in Hainan Province must take the scientific outlook on development as the guideline, earnestly enhance their conscientiousness and firmness in studying and implementing, and strive to make new contributions to building a socialist harmonious society.
