采用喷雾法和点滴法测定不同龄期、不同体重的棉铃虫幼虫抗药性。结果表明，２种方法均适合于棉铃虫的抗药性测定，其中点滴法较准确、易操作，其最佳测定龄期为３龄，体重范围８～１１ｍｇ。论论了采用该２种方法测定抗药性时应注意的几个问题
The resistance of H. armigera larvae to different ages and weights was determined by spray method and spotting method. The results showed that the two methods were suitable for the determination of drug resistance of cotton bollworm, in which the drip method was more accurate and easy to operate. The optimal measuring age was 3 years old and the weight range was 8 ~ 11 mg. Discuss several problems that should be paid attention when using these two methods to measure resistance
