为适应我国田径场地建设的高速发展,满足举办高水平田径竞赛及开展群众田径运动的需要,规范田径场地使用标准,保证田径场地建设质量,中国田径协会(以下简称协会)参照国际田径协会联合会(以下简称国际田联)认证体系程序,根据我国国情制定本办法。
