朱翼盦(1882-1937),字幼平,浙江萧山人。早年毕业于英国牛津大学,归国后任度支部员外郎。进入民国,先后出任财政部参事、盐务署厅长等职。故宫博物院成立后被聘为专门委员,负责文物审查、鉴定工作,曾专任选定书画展品赴英国举办“中国艺术展览”。朱先生自幼笃嗜金石,博学精鉴,工书善画,尤喜购藏碑帖拓本,收藏各类碑帖拓本七百余种,为民国时期北京著名的碑帖收藏家。1937年病逝。1954年,朱翼盦先生夫人张藼祇率子朱家济、家濂、家源、家溍遵照先生“将来无偿捐赠博
