激光表面改性技术是以激光为热源用于表面热处理的新方法,它包括激光相变硬化、合金化和激光熔覆等。国外利用15 kWCO_2激光对热轧工具进行激光合金化,使表面层合金元素含量达20%,与现有最好的未经激光合金化处理的热轧工具钢相比寿命提高2~3倍。激光熔覆的优点是可根据表面性能需要调整表面层的成分。本文目的是利用2 kWCO_2激光。用送粉激光熔覆工艺实现一种高温合金的激光熔覆。该合金含有一定数量的WC-W_2C粒子,通过合金元素对母体相的固溶强化和碳化物的弥散强化来提高熔覆合金在高温下的强度和硬度。
