本文提出发展高科技产业成为提高国家竞争能力的主要途径 ,并介绍了我国高科技产业风险投资的发展现状 ,认为在发展风险投资中应建立健全法律体系和政策体系 ,国家在政策上鼓励风险投资和扶持风险投资 ,培育风险投资市场 ,大力推进我国高新技术风险投资业的发展。
This paper proposes that the development of high-tech industries should be the main way to improve the competitiveness of our country and introduce the current situation of the development of high-tech industries in our country. We should establish and improve the legal system and policy system in the development of venture capital. And to support venture capital, foster venture capital market and vigorously promote the development of high-tech venture capital industry in our country.
