李小英,天津大学精密仪器与光电子工程学院教授、博士生导师,中国物理学会量子光学专业委员会委员。2005年7月起在天津大学精密仪器与光电子工程学院工作。主要从事量子光学、量子信息和非线性光学等方面的研究,在利用光纤产生非经典光场和应用等方面作出了一系列创新成果,在Phys.Rev.Lett.、OpticsExpress和Opt.Lett.等重要学术刊物和CLEO等国际会议上发表论文50余篇,被SCI他引370余次。2006年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”。李小英在博士研究生阶段实验演示了连续变量量子密集编码;在美国做博士后期间研制了全光纤偏振纠缠光子对。2005年回国后,搭建了基于光纤的量子光学技术实验研究平台,主持和承担了多项国家和省部级项目,在国内完成了利用光纤产生量子关联光子对的系列实验,利用包括光子晶体光纤在内的多种光纤得到了纠缠光子,并积极探索其在信息处理中的应用。
