以颈部肿块内直接注入确炎舒松A和2％普鲁卡因的方法治疗小儿先天性肌性科颈，结果治愈29例，显效10例，总有效率95．12％。认为早期局部注射治疗效果满意，是降低手术率、防止继发畸形的一种有效的治疗方法。
To the neck mass injected directly into the treatment of infantile congenital musculoskeletal gynecological A and 2% procaine method, the results were cured in 29 cases, markedly effective in 10 cases, the total effective rate was 95.12%.
