本文叙述了载重汽车发动机燃油消耗和扭矩特性的改进及其在STEYR-DAIMLER-PU-CH有限公司新研制的15系列发动机中的应用。文中介绍了15系列增压中冷直列六缸发动机和涡轮增压V型八缸发动机的改进情况,以及2200转/分时额定功率为270千瓦的V型8缸增压中冷样机的研制情况。从燃油消耗的情况来看,这些机型可满足八十年代末期的要求,扭矩和功率都明显增加。也许在不久的将来可满足欧洲排放法规的规定,而目前已满足1984年增压中冷发动机用的美国法规要求。由于八缸机额定转速大幅度地降低,故得到了理想的噪声值,根据STEYR-DAIMLER-PUCH公司Steyr总厂所研制的系列,本文重点报道其研制工作情况及成果。
This article describes the improvement of the fuel consumption and torque characteristics of truck engines and their application to the newly developed 15 series engines of STEYR-DAIMLER-PU-CH GmbH. The paper introduces the improvement of 15 series turbocharged in-line six-cylinder engine and turbocharged V-type eight-cylinder engine and the development of V-type 8-cylinder turbocharged intercooled prototype with rated power of 270 kW at 2,200 rpm . From the point of fuel consumption, these models can meet the requirements of the late eighties, torque and power have increased significantly. Perhaps in the near future to meet the European emission regulations, and now has to meet the requirements of the 1984 US supercharged intercooler engine US regulations. As the rated speed of eight-cylinder engine is drastically reduced, the ideal noise value is obtained. According to the series developed by STEYR-DAIMLER-PUCH company Steyr General Factory, this article focuses on the research work and achievements.
