从2006年上半年开始的余慈统筹发展工作,可以认为是慈溪市推进区域统筹发展的一个全新探索,在此基础上,慈溪市进一步开展片区统筹发展工作,并取得了初步成效。在区域统筹发展工作取得阶段性成效的同时,我们也看到涉及片区发展的体制机制变革尚未开始,一些实质性统筹内容得不到有效推进,统筹工作的难度逐渐加大。
From the first half of 2006 Yu co-ordination development work can be considered to promote the co-ordinated development of Cixi City, a new exploration, on this basis, Cixi City to further develop the work area and achieved initial success. While realizing the phase-wise regional development work, we also see that the reform of the institutional mechanisms that involve the development of the Area has not yet begun. Some of the substantive co-ordination activities have not been effectively promoted and the co-ordination of the work has become increasingly difficult.
