目的:探讨不同区域社区药房中,医学服务对比结果。方法:以调查问卷的方式对A区、B区及C区三地社区药房的医学基本情况进行了比较,共访问了80名患者及20名药师。结果:通过调查对比发现,A区、B区及C区的社区药房的医学服务的发展水平,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。其中,A区发展经验的积累是最为丰富的,B区及C区在这方面还需要进一步的提高。结论:通过对比B区及C区应向A区多给予经验的借鉴,其自身的基础服务水平可从药品的储备齐全及药师的专业水平提高等方面进行提升。
Objective: To explore the results of medical service comparison among pharmacies in different communities. Methods: The basic medical conditions of community pharmacies in Area A, Area B and Area C were compared by means of questionnaires. A total of 80 patients and 20 pharmacists were interviewed. Results: Through the investigation and comparison, it is found that the community pharmacies in areas A, B and C have significantly different levels of development of medical services (P <0.05), which is statistically significant. Among them, the accumulation of development experience in Area A is the most abundant, and areas B and C need to be further improved in this respect. CONCLUSIONS: By contrasting Region B and Region C with more experience from Region A, its own underlying service level can be improved from the full stockpiling of drugs and the improvement of the professional level of pharmacists.
