高等职业教育培养的是专业理论与岗位技能紧密结合的高技能人才,所以可以说是一种就业教育。它的基本培养目标是让学生掌握一定的文化知识,并具有熟练的某一类专业技能。在新形势下,高等职业艺术教育应该是实用性艺术人才、复合型人才、可持续发展人才的培养与教育。
Higher vocational education is the cultivation of professional theory and job skills closely integrated high-skilled personnel, it can be said that a job education. Its basic training goal is to enable students to master a certain degree of cultural knowledge, and have a certain type of professional skills.
