我国连续几年的财政赤字,正向我们频频报警,目前中央财政面临困难,地方财政也面临困难,财政已成为改革链条中承受压力最大的一环。困难是改革中出现的,困难的消除还要靠改革的逐步深化和体制的不断完善。社会主义经济是个有机体,克服财政闲难,不能单纯从财政自身打主意,关键在于把握社会主义初级阶段商品经济的特性和要求,提高经济效益,增加财政收入;转变政府职能,削减财政支出
