:配电网络重构是降低网损、提高电网运行经济性和供电可靠性的主要途径之一.在满足各种运行约束条件下,以网损最小或可靠性最高为目标的配电网重构问题是一个典型的非线性整数组合优化问题.根据配电网特点,提出了改进的遗传算法(ImprovedGeneticAlgorithm-IGA),IGA采用新型编码方案,在编码阶段即防止了环网和“孤岛”出现,提高了求解效率,并在此基础上改进了交叉和变异算子.此外IGA引入了模拟退火算法以提高算法局部搜索能力.算例结果表明,IGA在配电网重构中是可行、有效的.
: Distribution network reconfiguration is one of the main ways to reduce the network loss, improve the operation efficiency of power grid and the reliability of power supply. Under various operation constraints, the distribution network reconfiguration problem, which is aimed at the least loss or the highest reliability, is a typical nonlinear integer combinatorial optimization problem. According to the characteristics of distribution network, an improved genetic algorithm (IGA) is proposed. IGA adopts a new coding scheme, which prevents loops and “islands” from appearing in the coding phase and improves the solution efficiency. On the basis of this, the improved genetic algorithm Crossover and mutation operator. In addition IGA introduced a simulated annealing algorithm to improve the algorithm of local search capabilities. The results show that IGA is feasible and effective in distribution network reconfiguration.
