目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对糖尿病患者下肢动脉病变的诊断价值。方法:对60例糖尿病患者自腹股沟韧带中点,由近而远对股总动脉、股浅动脉;股深动脉;腘动脉、胫前动脉、胫后动脉、足背动脉进行彩色多普勒检查;观察血管内径、内中膜厚度、斑块、管腔狭窄程度及血流动力学改变。结果:有52下肢动脉有不同程度的粥样硬化改变。下肢动脉有不同程度的内膜增厚;斑块形成、管腔狭窄;闭塞,以胫前、胫后动脉、足背动脉发生率高,超声可以无创判定下肢动脉病变的存在,测量粥样硬化斑块的多少、部位、管腔狭窄程度和血供情况。结论:彩色多普勒超声能清晰显示下肢动脉病变的部位、范围及程度,对糖尿病下肢动脉病变的诊断及治疗有重要价值。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography in lower extremity arterial disease in diabetic patients. Methods: Color Doppler echocardiography was performed on 60 patients with diabetes mellitus from the midpoint of the inguinal ligament and from proximal to distal to femoral artery, superficial femoral artery, deep femoral artery, popliteal artery, anterior tibial artery, posterior tibial artery and dorsalis pedis artery The vascular diameter, intima-media thickness, plaque, luminal stenosis and hemodynamic changes were observed. Results: 52 lower extremity arteries had different degrees of atherosclerosis changes. Lower extremity arteries have different degrees of intimal thickening; plaque formation, stenosis; occlusion, in order to the anterior tibial, posterior tibial artery, dorsalis pedis artery incidence, noninvasive ultrasound can determine the presence of lower extremity arterial disease, measuring atherosclerosis The number of plaque, location, extent of stenosis and blood supply. Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasound can clearly show the location, extent and degree of lower extremity arterial disease, which is of great value in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic lower extremity arterial disease.
