我国陆地面积中山地约占七成。诚然以现代的技术水平,移山填海早已不是难事,然而盲目地改造地形地貌的做法不仅带来投资成本的大幅增加,还会破坏当地的自然生态环境,造成水土流失,甚至引发更严重的山体滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等地质灾害,因此适应环境并与其建立和谐的关系就成为更明智的选择。笔者主创规划与建筑设计的沣盛·凤凰城小区也是山地住宅区设计案例之一,现将其设计构思介绍如下。

However, the blind transformation of landforms not only brings about a substantial increase in investment costs, but also undermines the local natural ecological environment, causing soil erosion and even causing more serious Landslides, landslides, mudslides and other geological disasters make it a smarter choice to adapt to the environment and build a harmonious relationship with it. The author’s main planning and architectural design of the Shengsheng Phoenix Residential District is also one of the design examples of mountainous residential areas. Now the design concept is introduced as follows.
