在我国,煤炭是当今经济发展的一项重要资源,煤炭企业要想获得长远发展和经济效益就必须改革。其中,员工是企业构成的重要部分,虽然员工对思想政治工作有一定的了解认识,但还存在一定的问题和不足,后勤人员素质参差不齐,因此对于员工的思想政治教育工作至关重要,如何把思想政治工作做实、做好是当前思想政治工作的重中之重。所以,加强企业后勤思想政治教育工作至关重要。
