随着东濮老区勘探开发进入高含水中后期,油气产出和成本投入的矛盾日益突出;随着对人才、装备、技术的要求越来越高,油田实施外闯市场“走出去”的难度日益加大;随着油气主业、石油工程、社会化服务三个板块的改革逐步深化,维护稳定的难度越来越大日益严峻。实践证明,越是困难重重,越需要团结和带领广大油田职工团结奋进,越需要把员工个人价值与油田发展,深度融合到共同推进油田科学发展、和谐建设这一新的企业发展全过程。油田各基层工会组织,应当把构建和谐油田作为构建社会主义和谐社会的一个重要组成部分来重视,充分发挥好工会组织在构建和谐油田中的作用。
