Under the digital environment, the foreign language periodicals are faced with enormous challenges. The optimized allocation of resources is an urgent problem to be solved. On the basis of a series of analyzes, the article expounds the strategy of optimizing the allocation of resources of foreign periodicals and puts forward the related evaluation indexes.
