白内障的发生机理和药物防治研究一直是眼科研究的重要课题之一,随着白内障手术的成熟和广泛开展,白内障的发生机理和药物防治研究显得尤为重要。目前,白内障研究的动物模型有很多种,半乳糖性白内障动物模型是比较成熟、常被人们选用的方法之一,但对其进行详细的眼科动态观察和客观定量分级尚未见报道,有鉴于此,我们利用自行研制的裂隙灯数字图像分析系统对大鼠半乳糖性白内障进行动态观察和定量分级,为进一步探讨
The mechanism of cataract and drug prevention and control has been one of the important topics in ophthalmology research. With the development of cataract surgery, it is very important to study the mechanism of cataract and prevention and cure of cataract. At present, there are many animal models of cataract research. The animal model of galactose cataracts is one of the more mature and often used methods. However, detailed ophthalmic dynamic observation and objective quantitative classification have not been reported yet. In view of this , We use self-developed slit lamp digital image analysis system for dynamic observation and quantitative grading of rat galactose cataract, for further discussion
