目的:观察银杏叶提取物(Ginkgo biloba extract)对脑缺血再灌注大鼠海马一氧化氮(NO)产生的影响。方法:大鼠脑缺血采用四血管阻断法,选择性NO测定电极检测NO的浓度。实验分为生理盐水组和银杏叶提取物组。结果:银杏叶提取物没有影响大鼠的血压和海马的血流量,显著地减少了缺血再灌流时海马内NO的产生(P<0.001)。结论:银杏叶提取物可能通过抑制一氧化氮的产生(NO)而起到神经保护作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of Ginkgo biloba extract (Ginkgo biloba extract) on the production of nitric oxide (NO) in hippocampus of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats. Methods: The four-vessel occlusion method was adopted for cerebral ischemic injury in rats, and NO concentration was measured by selective NO measurement electrode. The experiment was divided into normal saline group and Ginkgo biloba extract group. RESULTS: Ginkgo biloba extract did not affect blood pressure and hippocampal blood flow in rats, and significantly reduced NO production in the hippocampus during ischemia and reperfusion (P<0.001). CONCLUSION: Ginkgo biloba extract may play a neuroprotective role by inhibiting the production of nitric oxide (NO).
