马鞍山江东住宅装配公司是以全装配钢筋膨珠混凝土大板住宅的专业化施工企业。虽然组建时间不长,但使用炉前膨珠为基材建造的大板住宅,到目前为止已交付了十六幢,计四万七千平方米。它的最大特点是重量轻、装配化程度高,能适合工厂化生产,施工方便、速度快,能及时提供大量住宅。由于马鞍山地区农田少,购买粘土砖困难,职工住宅建设的发展受到限制。于是在82年初,我们与北京壁板厂联合,进行了以膨珠作建筑轻骨料的运用开发,建成了能年产五万平方米的膨珠混凝土壁板厂,投资
Maanshan Jiangdong Residential Assembly Co., Ltd. is a specialized construction company that fully assembles reinforced concrete residential slabs. Its greatest feature is its light weight, high degree of assembly, and its suitability for industrial production. The construction is convenient and fast, and it can provide a large number of houses in time. Due to the limited farmland in Maanshan and the difficulty in purchasing clay bricks, the development of residential construction of workers is limited. At the beginning of the year 82, we worked with the Beijing Wall Plate Factory to carry out the development and application of lightweight pearl aggregates for building construction. We have built a 50,000 m2 annual expanded concrete wall siding plant and invested in it.
