上海设立自贸区后,金融创新成为自贸区银行的主要业务;作为一家集贸易、物流综合性的集团公司,资金的管理非常重要,如何合理管控资金,提高资金的使用效率至关重要。本文利用银企互联手段,推动资金池管理模式,采取多项资金管理办法,对集团以及所属公司的资金进行有效管控,达到既控制风险又提高效率的目的。
Since the establishment of a free trade area in Shanghai, financial innovation has become the major business of the free trade zone banks. As a group company integrating trade and logistics, the management of funds is very important. It is of vital importance to how to manage and control funds in a rational manner and improve the efficiency of capital utilization. This article uses the means of bank-enterprise interconnection to promote the capital pool management mode and adopt a number of fund management methods to effectively control the capital of the Group and its affiliated companies so as to achieve both the control of risks and the enhancement of efficiency.
