中共中央组织部4月18至19日在北京召开会议,专题研究培养选拔年轻干部工作。会议强调要重点做好以下几项工作:一要加大选拔优秀年轻干部工作的力度,确保中央提出的培养选拔年轻干部工作目标的全面实现。要抓紧选拔优秀年轻干部,特别是选拔一批知识层次较高的优秀年轻干部充实领导班子,担任主要领导职务,注意选拔年轻优秀的女干部、少数民族干部和非中共党员干部。要讲台阶不抠台阶,论资历不唯资历。
The organizing committee of the CPC Central Committee held a meeting in Beijing from April 18 to April 19, and conducted special studies on training and selecting young cadres. The meeting emphasized the following key tasks: First, we should step up efforts to select and train excellent young cadres and ensure the full realization of the goal set by the central authorities in training and selecting young cadres.
